Anima Rosé Brut

Produced by the Charmat (tank) method, where the second fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks under controlled atmosphere; the wine is then bottled at the end of the process. A bright, fresh, lively sparkling wine, enriched by a delicate floral and fruity note that recalls red currant, cherry and other red fruit. A perfect aperitif on warm sunny days, but equally happy through the whole meal — it sits beautifully alongside richer dishes. Anima is a shared story of three young winegrowers of Slovenian Istria — Krmac, Jogan and Kralj.
