Terms of sale

1. General provisions

These terms apply to bottle orders placed through winery-kralj.si and all sub-domains. The seller is Kmetija Kralj — Matej Kralj s.p., Škocjan 27, 6000 Koper, Slovenia.

2. Age requirement

Alcohol may only be purchased by adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer confirms they are of legal drinking age.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed through the secure Stripe platform (credit/debit card). The order becomes effective upon successful payment.

4. Delivery

We ship within Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Austria and Germany. Shipping costs €5.90; free over €60. Delivery within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation.

5. Returns and complaints

Notify us of damaged or wrong shipments within 8 days at info@winery-kralj.si with photos. We will resolve complaints in line with applicable law.
