Intense ruby red with violet reflections, with a youthful expression even though the grapes are fully ripe — evoking red and black fruit (blueberries, red currant, juniper) with a balsamic touch. The floral note is very intense. On the palate it is bright and fresh, with elegant, light, velvety tannins and a clean finish. Excellent with roasted red meats and feathered game; also worth trying with Central European stews and goulash.
