Straw-yellow in the glass, with delicate, refined notes of white flowers (linden), tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and Mediterranean fruit (white peach). On the palate it is fresh, slightly textured, with a hint of cedar and candied fruit and a soft finish. Excellent with traditional Mediterranean fried or baked fish, or warm starters (spaghetti, penne) in white-meat or fish sauces.
